We try to keep this selection rotating, so be sure to check back in to see which pre-owned models we're spotlighting then!

It may sound surprising, but some drivers from Mayfield Heights, Cleveland, Kent, Mentor, & Middleburg Heights actually prefer buying their Lincoln car, crossover, or SUV from our pre-owned inventory, rather than our new Lincoln inventory. We all know the benefits of a factory-new vehicle, but here are some advantages to buying pre-owned that you might not have considered:

  • Save Money on Monthly Payments: Since this is the first place people go in their heads, we figured we'd address it right off. When you buy used over new, your monthly payments are generally going to be lower-but a pre-owned vehicle can save you money in a number of other ways, too….
  • Save Money on Insurance: While insurance rates are based on a number of factors, one such factor is the monetary value of the vehicle, and when you buy a pre-owned vehicle, that value is lower than if you had purchased it new, which means your insurance rates are likely to be lower than if you'd gone for the same vehicle factory-new.
  • Save Money on State Registration: Hopefully you're noticing the theme here-saving money. When you buy a vehicle, you have to register it in your state, and the price of this registration is based on the transaction fee of the vehicle, of what you paid for it. When you buy used over new, you pay less, which means your state registration fee will also be less than if you'd bought it new.
  • Lower, Slower Depreciation: This advantage often comes on the tailend of ownership; new cars undergo a big hit of depreciation when they first leave the lot, but since you bought your vehicle used, it's already experienced the steep depreciation before it was yours, so this time around, it won't depreciate quite so quickly or sharply, allowing you to hold onto more of its value and perhaps allowing you to recoup most of your initial investment if you ever choose to sell.
